    Dear Collaborator,

I will like to inform you that this last weekend, as part of the BNL open sundays, the public tours were for RHIC and 
went to the tunnel, Brahms and STAR. The turnout for this event was about 850 people in total, of which a significant
number came by Brahms. I will like to thank the local people who acted as tour guides, namely
JH, Dana, Hiro, Ramiro (and myself) for the effort in showing the experiment off to the public.
In particular Ramiro contributed a lot in the preparation by making several posters explaining detectors
and setting up the event display (also thanks to Bob).
