It may seem a bit far in the future, but one of the requirements for taking brahms shifts is to have
read and signed the CA-D form. This is a reminder where the form can be found.
Too it is also necessary to renew the other RHIC access training on a yearly basis.

The Read & Acknowledgement (R&A) memos for RHIC* Shift Leader training on
    > C-AD OPMs have been updated at their web sites.
    >
    > A good way to get to the R&A memos, which have hyper links to the OPMs, is
    > to go through the RHIC/AGS Users' Center web page. Go to
    > http://www.bnl.gov/userscenter/, then click on TRAINING, then click on
    RHIC,
    > then click on the experiment name, then click on SHIFT LEADER, then click
    on
    > READ & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT MEMO.
    >
    > * Note: The PHENIX, PHOBOS, BRAHMS and STAR R&A memos have been updated.
    > The PP2PP memo will be updated shortly.

    selected
    > OPMs (C-A Department procedures) be completed each year by all Shift
    > Leaders, and by PP2PP Experimenters requiring tunnel access.

    > If there are others at your experiment who typically "oversee" users and
    who
    > should also be reminded of the annual R&A requirement, please let me know
    or
    > simply forward this reminder to them.
