Dear Collaborator

The Beam Use proposal was submitted late this afternoon. The final version , that is pretty close to those circulated
early Monday, will be posted sometime tomorrow on the Brahms web site. I do  also hope sometime tomorrow 
also to be able to convey to you the content of the STAR, PHENIX and PHOBOS proposal following the 
spokespersons (bi-) monthly meeting with T.Kirk.

I will like to thank for the significant contributions from several of you who happened to be 
available in this short time during the writting of the RBUP
