New figure 4 for ratios paper

Here is the new figure 4 from Claus, including the calc. that we have
received from Becattini.
This calc. assumes gamma_s = 1 and T=170 MeV. Lower values of T and lower
values
of gamma_s would all lie higher than this curve.
