Dear Collaborator, At the collaboration meeting we had a discussion around presentation, meetings, and proceedings. As a fairly large number of talks have been given recently, mainly at various winter meetings and workshop, and that proceedings are to be written up, let me summarize what was generaly agreed upon as principles we should follow New material/data shown at meetings should be presented to collaboration ahead of such. Data should be labelled as preliminary unless completed for collaboration publication. A pre-view talk should be given at the local institution ahead of the meeting (as the usualy done). Presentations should be posted on web page following presentations (ahead when possible). A web page with past and upcoming meetings and conferences should be setup. Links to talks should be given there. Contributions needs review and approval by the collaboration. A suggested way is A reader will be designated for each conference proceeding by the spokesperson(s), preferentially getting a suggestion from the author It is the responsiblylity of the reader to carefully read the proceeding, make suggestions, and check that data and figures are eligible and correctly represented. The reader should complete the task within a short period. It is also encouraged to circulat the text to the whole collaboration. The reader should preferentially be from another brahms institution that the author. Final proceedings should be send to spokes-persons before submission and posted on web-page. As a last word let me remind you about the presentations from the collaboration meeting are becoming available on the private/meetings webpage.
