"MRS track projection at Beam (cm) with and without BB vertex/t0" http://pii3.brahms.bnl.gov/~jhlee/brahms/analysis/pp/vtx_bb_no_bb.ps - So we cannot rely on BB for the t0. TMrs counters are installed to do the job for the pp runs. If you haven't seen TMrs counters, check http://www.sdcc.bnl.gov/brahms/photos.html. ~99% of MRS tracks have t0's from the counter.
