trigger counters for pp running

To keep you at least somewhat informed about the trigger counters there will be present in the pp-running
I added some info (mainly pictures so far) to the brahms detector web page.

These are crucial for getting both definition of collisions as well as getting spec-triggers. without those almost no events will
ever have tracks.
