Since there has been problems with the magnet settings recently and some, but not all due to operator
problems I have added an advice on magnet settings and monitoring on the operator - web page
(see http://pii3.brahms.bnl.gov/~operator/opdocs/procedures.html
)
In addition a printed copy will be posted near the RHIC controls section.
Unfortunately the per-page progam do not have automatic alarms when magnets are in a fault status
so we have to be alert.
