This error indicates a serious problem with T3: the Fastbus TDCs can generate a maximum of 16*96 = 1536 data words, times 15 (?) slots, this becomes 23040 words, while the DAQ limit is set at 8000 words. I am not sure at the moment if the 8000-word limit can be increased- there may be hardware limitations. Anyway, normally, the T3 TDCs should not generate that much data, and I beleive the 8000-word limit is reasonable (right, Flemming?). So why do the TDCs generate so much data? Maybe they oscillate (thresholds are too low?)?
