Shift Summary:

1.Control access at STAR for a short period
Beam started at 14:11.

2.data run 4547, pulser and pedestal runs:4536, 4538
FV worked on DAQ.

3. DAQ did not start initially with FB3-comm error
After communicating with FV and the trial and error,
DAQ finnaly started.  At this moment, the solution 
is the following. (I do not know why this has anything
to do with error on DAQ.)

A.  open terminal as a operator
B.  ssh opus
C.  telnet tsir 3010
d.  keep open this terminal
