    For now one comment. I rely quite heavily of moving files from my laptop to
    the pii's using ftp.
    I cannot ftp to the machine (I believe). I have ssh but no scp in the free
    ware package. I will be happy
    to entertain other methods of doing this, so far we have accepted incoming
    ftp from certain domain's only.
    n general we should ensure that people from the outside (including e.g idas,
    nbi, tamu) can move small
    as well as large files effeciently.
