Shift Summary:
------------------------------------------------------------
1.  One 25 min. useful store, otherwise each time beam
cogged it was almost immediately dumped because of
"controls failure". Three such aborted stores during
shift.
2. Run 2349 with 21163 collisions.
3. BBL tubes not holding voltage.  After resetting
17 tubes during shift, 10 tubes (not all the same)
were found to have tripped about an hour later.
Dana has logged a "high priority access" call with the
MCR for T1.
