*.kss screensavers disabled in piixxx machines

Please note that the *.kss desktop screen savers have been disabled
on the BRAHMS pii cluster. There have already been several
complaints that these screen savers run at high priority and take
CPU cycles away from useful programs. Also, if you see
runaway netscape processes, please report them to root@pii3.brahms.bnl.gov
and either Betty or me will kill them.
