[Brahms-dev-l] pythia root update

I like to confirm that root libraries, + some pythia fles in /opt/ 
brahms/util/lib has been updated, so the pythia6.420 is now accesible  
from the
root. This allows to seeting the pytune() parameters; This is the  
evrsion we should use for the pp paper.
At the same time I included pythia 8 adding it to the root_v5.18  
version, rather than waiting for the later versions.

There should be no change to how you run root, bratroot.
