I have setup the root 5.18 so it should link to pythia 6.420 as well as having access t Pythia8 - merging the setups from the 5.22 version. I decided not to upgrade root at this point but wait for the 5.4 to be released towards the end of June. The libraries will be reinstalled today (i.e. now, after I re-chcked the log files for compilations; There is a small possibility you will have to recompile derived code (be=rat etc). I will let you know as soon as I know.
