Hi

It seems to me the problem is likely the mrs refitting was not done in the gtr's. (as I can tell from a quick look at the scripts) 
Luckily this can be redone in the
dst's. Take a look at the ppDst for the run05 generation. You may not need all of this , but beware the
bestVertex stuff (should be bb). try this for a brief run before embarking on a complete redoing.
