Hi, During the last phone conference I mentioned 10% deviation between efficiency corrected fsT2 and fsReg tracks (see http://zefir.if.uj.edu.pl/staszel/brahms/fseffic/yieldscorr/index.html, also for explanation of fsT2 and fsReg). It seems to me that I found the missing ~10% of fsT2 tracks and now the consistency between fsT2 and fsT3 yields is on the level of 2.5%, which is within the statistical uncertainties of derived T2 and T3 efficiencies.
