[Brahms-dev-l] condor jobs

Hello.  Please run your Monte Carlo job (or any jobs that last more than 
a few hours) as "MC" not "Low". If you don't, I must kill those jobs 
whenever I find.  Otherwiser, other people jobs will never finish!!!
