[Brahms-dev-l] gtr script minor update

Hello.  I updated gtr script to check available size of output disk.  If 
it is less than 4000MB, it will not start your jobs (it does not even 
make your job files).  Why 4(000)?, in many Asian countries, '4' also 
has the same sounds as death.  Therefore, it looks appropriate.  (Ok.  
for more scientific reason, many of gtr jobs are about a few hundred MB 
in size per sequence. If there are a little more than dozen sequences 
per run, it uses more than 4GB.)  (For better handle of this problem, we 
need to make a wrapper script.)
