Hello.  I am not sure if this is due to the today's BRAT update (I don't 
think official BRAT is updated yet at 10PM) , but I need to update bdst 
at least for DST production to be functional.  I suggest not to submit 
DST (and probably GTR to find a massive memory leak) until I update 
bdst.  I should be able to update bdst tomorrow.
