note the only ruby scripts in CVS are those in run04/scripts/ltr,gtr st. The
others are only copies
created by the update script for which there are 3 one for each specie
(auau/200 auau/63 pp/200)
in order ti minimize maintanence. It also changes efines the names of the
defaults scripts.
