[Brahms-dev-l] calibration Db browser

Hello,

I spent a bit of time today to finish the functionality of the calibration 
DB browser on the daq home page.

Now, if you click on a parameter button you get a histogram showing the 
evolution of the params with time.

It's functional but you have to be a bit patient before the plot is drawn, 
due to sql queries, checks + root running on pii3 (slow machine...).

If you try a huge run range, well, I think you have time to have dinner 
during the process :)

PS: also, be careful with the cache, sometimes the plot is not the one you 
have asked for but the previous one that was cached...would like to 
disable the cache if possible, does someone know how from CGI ?
