[Brahms-dev-l] dc tracking

Hi;
I committed a lot of new upgrades to the dc local tracking.
New dc tracking/calibration software supports two more parameters
in the db namely CalibRunNo and OffsetRunNo.
Assuming run04 one don't need to care about proper CalibRunNo and 
OffsetRunNo in
the traking script.

 For Run02 and 03, we don't have yet 
CalibRunNo and OffsetRunNo in the db and in the old scripts one should add
localdctracking->UseOldCalib(kTRUE). (By default CalibRunNo and 
OffsetRunNo are read for db)

Second thing is a TRFS which was added to provide a better time 
reference for the drifttime in DCs.
For Run04 pp one should add:
localdctracking->UseTsFsRef(kTRUE);

Flemming: I already upgrated 
~bramreco/run04/pp/200/ltr/pplocaltracking.C script - you can try
ones again 11714 if the new brat is installed on the farm.


New brat tag is 2-16-4.
