[Brahms-dev-l] flow modules committed to brat

Hi,
I've added several modules for extracting the flow information using 
the FlSi detectors.
I've also added a preliminary centrality calibration for the 04 run.  
Since this all required
a number of modifications to brat, I've bumped the version to 2-15-4.

The centrality calibration was done for a very early run (9389).  It 
has not yet been
checked for later runs.
