[Brahms-dev-l] mrst0

The mrst0 counter have been added to Brag yesterday, and tested this afternoon (~3 hours all together). Version 1.3.7

To enable it use the command
set_tree mrst0 aof

The output hits are called MTRV (dont ask why even though I know) with coordinates within
each slat. 

At present these is no digitization module for Brat, but someone should work
on getting all this stuff in so full digitization can be done as well as acceptance - definitely needed
for vertex wider than +-15 cm.
