As Hiro said
all the timing detectors are now relative to the BB to make an overall
consistent picture, and it ws the BB counters that were change by 8 nes.In
addition some trigger timeswere adjusted late dAu/pp run to make different
triggers aligh at same time.This is mainlyimportant for the residual cuts
in  TD1 and inel
