This is certainly by no means in the software. I know of various checking of
performance indicating it is quite good -
but not of any overall software.

Let me remind you all how the calibrations and PID is setup to work with pp
and dAu data in general without too
much detail. This also relates very much to the recent calibrations that
Hiro has been doing, and where the BB counters are the 'basis' for timing
even though not nesc used for PI etc.

1. offsets/slewing etc for the start counters (td1, mrst0) is done relative
to BB (t0) using the vertex info to correct for
the pathlength.
2. This way the offsets that are deduced for tofw, h1,h2 etc can be used for
both mrst0, or BB (td1,bb) without any change at least to a very good
approximation.
3. Tfw2 should be implemented likewise.
    - a few changes, at least, relative to how tofw is done.
    - the gain is rather large, therefor ac-gap corrections are needed.
    - one should describe the ADC/DE using a landau like, noit gaussian
distr for the mean values.
      background may be a larger issue, due to the solid angle of each slat;
thus better cuts on dy/x probably nees to be made

I will certainly help in putting the slats into brag, but it has to wait
until after Nov 24 when I return from travel.
It looks fairly simple once I get some missing constants, sizes from Dana.
