Hello. This is the famous problem from gcc2.96 to 3.2 in automake. You must include libtoolize --automake in autogen. (or type by hand.) I just changed autogen in breg/base and breg/hijing and commited them in CVS. To build breg for hijing 1. in breg/base ./autogen make install 2. in breg/hjing ./autgen --with-cern-libdir=/afs/rhic.bnl.gov/opt/brahms/cern/2002/lib make install Hiro Stephen J.
