The bad channels, -1111, are really impossible to fit! channel 10, 19 and 26 was refitted by hand, since there were very ragged broad peaks in these slats. The Br[Tof,BB]TdcGainCalModule::FindMax() function's selection of peaks has a hardcoded constant. This made the fitting go wrong sometimes, especially when it found more than the expected number of peaks (see the bad channels in the attachemnt)! They were really horrible! I wrote a short program to do the refitting. If there are more than the expected number of peaks, the algorithm takes all the selections of the expected number of peaks from the N found peaks. It then fits all these selections and compares the chi2. The one with the best chi2 is keep. slat 17, 27, 42 and 43 are impossible to calibrate...
