    I looked at the numbers- I am puzzled why some of the tofw numbers are -1111
    The lower slats were not connected to tofw so that may be ok, but take a look at the
    tdc histograms for ch-42 and -26. Is the picket-fench hist there? If yes why did
    the fit fail . It really should'nt
    
    The other look reasonable - a good check would be to compare to the cal done in end
    Dec (around run 72..)
