calibrations in error

    We need a mechanism for telling each other when calibrations are 
    inserted into the DB.
    And the content has to be checked before being inserted.
    As a minimum send a short notice to the dev-list 
    this bla bla has been done / inserted for runs.. so one has a chance to understand
    why things may work differently.
    
    Case in point
      Today a calibration for Td1 timing were inserted and the value put =
    there are in psec/ch instead of nsec as
    should be -  So the code must also have been changed -- and caused =
    several jobs not to work at all.
      By the way the at least TOF1 is also in error.
    
    So whoever is responsible please correct as soon as possible.
    
    Please be careful out there,
        many people are depending on this being done correctly.
