A small fix was introduce into crash
 o The bmsubmit option -m e.g. to be use for
bmsubmit -r 8603 script.C -s 4 -m 1 just to submit a single sequence did submit 2
(a +1) problem.
Fixed and checked using -N option.
o Moved some flags around in makefile.am since the utility programs id not link for me.
