Hello. Still continuing a vertex resolution, I finished slewing for beam-beam counter (only check run 8404). As you may already know, some people (DB and FV) indicated the bb gains has been changed by some reasons. This means the slewing characteristics is also changed. If you use the current brat, you will get a vertex resolution of about 3 cm using a old AuAu(?) slewing. (It is shown in http://pii3.brahms.bnl.gov/~hito/bb/dAu_Run/bbvertex_resolution_auauslew.gif ) That is a lot worse than the one in AuAu run (0.85cm by Big tubes or 1.5 by small tubes). (Note: AuAu run had a lot more tubes that are hit per event, which helps vertex resolution.) Doing a new slwing for dAu run, the resolution has been improved to 1.6cm (shown in http://pii3.brahms.bnl.gov/~hito/bb/dAu_Run/bbvertex_resolution1.gif ) (I think we could do a little bit better after looking at slewing fits.) Hiro
