> Beginning at noon on Wednesday, Feb. 5th, the LSF batch system will no
longer accept job submissions which do not explicitly specify output files
on the bsub command line (via "bsub -o [filename]"). This change is designed
to reduce the load on the local mailserver.  Users who still want to receive
job reports via email can specify the "-N" option in addition to the option
noted above.
