pii afs cvs

Hello.  From now on, except pii11, all piis (and a few others with 
funny names) will not have locatlly mounted-afs directory.  Therefore, 
you "MUST" use pii11 (or rftpexp) for your klog.  This is implemented to 
save time for maintenace of those machines.  If you do not know what you 
need to do, follow the instruction below.

1.  set your CVSROOT to pii11:/afs/rhic/brahms/BRAHMS_CVS (or
rftpexp.rhic.bnl.gov:/afs/rhic/brahms/BRAHMS_CVS) and CVS_RSH to ssh
you can do this by

bash
export CVSROOT=pii11.brahms.bnl.gov:/afs/rhic/brahms/BRAHMS_CVS
export CVS_RSH=ssh

tcsh
setenv CVSROOT pii11.brahms.bnl.gov:/afs/rhic/brahms/BRAHMS_CVS
setenv CVS_RSH ssh


2.  when you want to "klog", do it "AT" pii11
3.  Do your cvs stuff at wherever you are working (not necessary pii11)
