more ZDC calibrations added

    Hello,

I have just commited slew par-s and z-offsets for the runs

5378, 5379, 5380, 5381, 5382, 5383, 5387, 5388, 5394, 5398.

There was already a z-offset for the run 5383, I just updated
it with a more accurate one.
Note: z-offset jumps by 22 cm from run 5380 to 5381.
