New settings of T1 and T2 in geometry DB

Hello,
As agreed to, I have input the new settings of T1 and T2 which I got from Pawel 
into the geometry DB. The values have been tested at 8 deg and all the rest of 
the angles are handled in the same way.  Give this an acid test and let me 
know if there are problems.  As I understand things, this is not the last word 
on the placement of T1 and T2; rather it is being treated as an "effective" 
calibration as there are still "issues" with the drift velocity etc.  So I think 
there is a high probability they will change again.

You should now be able to begin the track matching in earnest.
