       Dear Flemming, Claus and Ian,
                              Andrei had been worried that changes in
    the ZDC setup had caused the shifts in the setup. However it 
    seems to me that the 10cm shifts in the ZDC -TPC vertex must
    be due to termal effects since it is unreasonable to get 2 
    cables that differ by 3ps. The ZDC cables are rather long and 
    have quite different path lengths left and right so they may
    not even be at the same temperature. 
    
         I would  2nd Flemmings suggestion of waiting a little while
    for run 5383 and then we will work on the earlier runs.
