As for the calibrations, I think that what we are missing is (and here,
please correct me if I am wrong...):
    1. ZDC
I have no idea how difficult this is, but we really need timing
calibrations for the earlier parts of the run. Michael has said to me that
the calibrations in the Db are good enough for the entire run, but the way
our data base works we can only pick up calibrations from runs before the
run we are reducing (reconstructing, etc).

    2. TPC drift velocities.
I think that most runs have been done for the MRS. For the FS, the work is
proceeding (thanks David!), but we could use one more person to help with
    this.

    3. TOF
Some calibrations need to be redone to get the maximal benefit from the new
slewing correction. I don't know the time scale of this work, but my guess
is that it is short(Djamel, is this approximately correct?)

As soon as these things are done for a set of runs, I think that we can go
ahead with the global tracking and the making of the dsts. Today is the 18.
of June, only one very short month before QM...please help us get the data
    in an analyzable state!
    Cheers,
    Ian
