    Hello,
This is to announce that brat 2.3.16 which is supposedly the latest and 
greatest with Flemmings addition of the new slewing corrections for the 
tof as well as countless other improvements has been installed into the 
new tree of afs on the linux 7.2 branch.

For the NBI people, this needs to be tested NOW.  Pending a positive 
answer that it works as expected, I will build it tomorrow (friday) and 
install it in the pro and that is to be frozen at least until QM.  The 
reason I say that it has to be tested NOW is that any messups will have 
to be addressed tomorrow (friday) as I leave for a week and will have 
only limited access to the internet.
