Hello, I have updated the D4 magnet positions in the DB. I also managed to learn where I went wrong in assigning those parameters. They now match the various .geo files for the various angle settings that people pointed me towards. And the local positions that are in the DB match the values in gbrahms. For all concerned, please test this ASAP. I won't even go into speculation about why these important settings were not discovered (or at least made noise about) by the tracking people until the last few days as they were inserted into the DB no later than 26-Mar-2002 at which point a message was sent on brahms-dev-l. Perhaps an addiction to .geo files (Oh no, I said I wouldn't speculate, didn't I!) Or perhaps not heeding my plead in the message of 26-Mar to test this and give feedback. (My gosh, I'm speculating again! I must be addicted to speculation. I better quit this before I get in trouble.) Seriously, I hope this is very close to the final answer regarding positions and gaps. I know if we can get this right that the magnets will not move unless someone takes a very large hammer and beats them. Regards Kris
