I've made a small change to the C1 software. So far the algorithm gave up when two tracks were too close (and shared PM signals). The algorithm now calculates the number of photons for all tracks, but for the ones with overlap, nphotons is set to -nphotons (so that we are able to distinguish in the later analysis).
