BRAG part II

    Hi 

I wrote to the list before with my problems using brag for the 
spectrometers.

I have later heard that other people have experienced the same problems.  
Looking back at the old problems I tested the example on pii7 where FV had
seen it run, but there I found the same problems as reported in the
earlier email.

If somebody has solved the problems please let me know.

The problem could be related to CERNLIB or something has changed in the 
code.
