Tthe D1 3-slat up down counters were added to the data streams as TD1 data as (BrTofDig) i.e with up/down ADC&time.
This was all added to software and available in the supermon program. Thus some mods to BrRawDataInput was made
(id=12619).

On the hardware side the up/down coinc rate is about 20-30/sec for all 3 slats. This looks ok as a start of the pp run
