The note did say tomorrow - not the day - Since it was writen Sunday  the action is for this afternoon.
If there is anyone out there who does not like this please notify within one hour. I will start the 
conversion 2.00 EST. 
Some new stuff will dribble into brat from now on. So do not update brat until notice come out.

This is a reminder that unless someone objects strongly I (+Betty) will make the conversion of the DB to be compatible with
both big and small endian machines, scheduled tomorrow afternoon.
a) The implication are -- 
    Not usuable during transition from any-where 
    Need to update Brat to 2.2
    It is possible to make a copy DB (BrahmsMainArchieve + BrahmsCalArchieve),
    since a backup has to be done in any case that can be used for query only
   The expected down time is 4 hours
    DB backup + conversion 2 h (+1)
    Brat upgrade + installation in new 2 hours.
    Preparing for complaints 1 hours
