    Hi,
I've committed  change to BrDC2DTrackFinder.cxx. Now, we restricted the
initial 2D track slopes to the reasonable values in x and in y. It looks
like
this modification slightly increased the reconstruction efficiencies,
but what is more
important a tracking time in T3 is reduced by factor of 10! (for 12 deg
runs).

I increased a brat version and now we have BRAT-2-1-38.
