I get a seg fault when I try to read a bfs track from a file I just made (with the same brat version). If I run gdb I get: (gdb) up #1 0x4013fba1 in TStreamerInfo::ReadBuffer () from /afs/rhic/opt/brahms/new/lib/libCore.so.3.02 (gdb) #2 0x40131284 in TClass::ReadBuffer () from /afs/rhic/opt/brahms/new/lib/libCore.so.3.02 (gdb) #3 0x41264e7d in BrBfsTrack::Streamer (this=0x8c56b68, R(bool)=@0x8c43e68) at data_track_Cint.cxx:1015 1015 BrBfsTrack::Class()->ReadBuffer(R__b, this); Mmmhhh, then I looked at the version number of BrBfsTrack and found out that it was only 2 (event though the class was changed at least twice). I wonder what that means? One explanation could be that the class definition was changed (new members added) without incrementation of the version number... Pawel, could you please look at it and maybe ask somebody if you don't get my point? Cheers, Claus +-------------------------------------------------------------+ | Claus Jørgensen | | Cand. Scient.
