uee to the addition of the scint fibres,presently on TPM2 and within another 3-4 days for T2 (followed by T1) the datastructures for these
5(6) fibres per modules were changd and added to Brat
- new data BrTpcFibDig
- addition to BrRawdataInput
- removal of BrTpmfigDig
- update of brat version number
- fix in the updated BrMrsTrackingModule of slat calculation
- addition to cvs directory, but not yet in makefile.am, linkdef,.. the requested 'missing' file of BrBbSlewingCalModule by Djam.
  thus the code is in cvs but not used at all.

The standard test and some tracking test do work ok with this version, but please report problems
