Changes to BrTPMTrackVertexModule

Hello,

I changed the files BrTPMTrackVertexModule.h and .cxx to make
the module work with new TPC code / table names and with bratmain:

  BrTPMTrackVertexModule* tVertexFinder = new BrTPMTrackVertexModule("TPM1","tVertexFinder");
  mainModule->AddModule(tVertexFinder);

Changed class version to 0, plus a little code cleanup.
Also made the minimum required number of tracks settable.
(default 3) instead of hardcoded.

I didn't bump / tag this time since Christian thought that
the previous change was probably below "bump threshold" 
(thanks a lot for useful comments, and in particular excellent 
advice on editors!)
