I tagged a new version of BRAT (BRAT-2-0-32).
Hopefully I did it in the correct way.

The new version of BRAT contains a new DC tacking package which
has significant advantages compare to the old version (mach smaller memory
leak (thanks to Peter),
and higher reconstruction efficiency). I don't see any further possibilities
of improvement
of the DC tracking code, so one should consider this release as a stable
version.
It should be used in data reduction jobs ASAP.
